I am trying to run opaque window cling 11 x 17 and failing. The first few printed but have been jaming since. The corner of the paper is jaming in the print engine 2 area. I assume that it's the curl and if it is what can I do to resolve this?

Can you see curl? What makes you think that is the problem? Maybe the CCD sensors can't sense the opaqueness of it. What is the fault?

Yes, the curl is visible before printing. Also, the jam is consistant as far as where at and the leading corner is folded over and mangled. With the cost of the paper I couln't keep trying so I ran them on a smaller imagistics. I plan on running more in the future so it would be great to get as much feedback as possible.

Thanks,

Are you running Xerox Window Clings or an off brand. When it comes to specialty papers I have found that the Xerox Brand hands down runs best..

I've tried different stocks and brands and some will work, when it comes to any specialty stock, but others are nothing but headaches..

It's Xerox brand. I ran some 8.5 x 11 sometime ago and they ran somewhat ok. Then I bought some 11 x 17 to save cost but that didn't work at all.

Xerox will credit you the cost of the paper and the click charge wasted.. I would recommend having them come in and get them to get it to run..... I have had all positive experiences with Xerox on this type of stuff..

Good Luck!
