We just recently had a our Doc USP upgraded to the latest and greatest software release. I have be having some issues with the RGB image enhancement, the color is going very bad when I use it. Instead of getting better RGB output I seem to be getting less detail and undesirable color shifts.

I also have been experiencing a problem when in a middle of a run the press stops with no known reason. I pause the doc or psip and re-engage and it picks right back up printing. Has happened several times now, mostly on longer runs.

Anyone seeing other issues or have any input here?

We haven't upgraded yet, but based on issues we have had with the 2.4 software (a SPAR Released for 2.6 in the past month fixes our 2.4 problem, which is part of the reason we haven't upgraded yet). I recommend should call your Color Analyst or CTIS and have him/her check for SPAR releases on your problems or to have him/her open a log on your issue. If they are unavailable, call the hotline and ask for 2nd level support and get a log open on your problem - if there is a fix available they will get it shipped out to you right away.

Yep done that. In fact they sent in a patch already and still has not fixed all the problems yet. No major problems though. Just unstable.
