I would like some advice on images. I have been trying to print an image, but no matter what size it is, it is not printing clean. I have tried a different printer. Does anyone have any ideas? mad.gif

Well, first of all, what do you mean by clean? The clarity of the image or the color of the image?

What is the source of the image? A scan or a digital photo from a digital camera, or is it a web downloaded image?

If it is a digital camera image, what is the resolution of the image?

What printer(s) are you trying to print it out on?

What color space is the image in? RBG, CMYK?

What file format is the image? Tiff, Jpg, Eps, etc.?

What application are you trying to print from?

Answers to these questions will help greatly in trying to resolve your issue.

Hey H,

I also be interested in the printer(s) you tried to print to and if it is mono or color and PCL vs PS.

For me the best pics were shot by Ansel.

Scatterblur in the background is a common prob based on resolution and file type.

Let's see what you got and we'll help you see what you get.
