We are getting banner pages from our InDesign CS2 documents at the iGen, only when they are sent from a PC. We have all of the banner pages shut off at the iGen queue level. Does anyone know of a setting that would only effect the PC version of InDesign CS2 that would print this banner page? The banner page just lists the amount of pages with the document name.

Are the print jobs going through a central server?
If they're not, are the Windows drivers simply installed sloppily, with a banner page attribute turned on?
It may not be just InDesign; have you tried other documents from those same PCs?

I have gone through the drivers and turned off every instance of banner page and Xerox admin. pages and we are still getting the page. The page it self has a Xerox label at the top right of the sheet with label Job Messages on the same line. Are there any other thoughts?

Indesign CS2 requires a PPD to print. This PPD is separate from the Windows GDI driver interface.
Check the printer specific options for Indesign CS2, somewhere in that area is the banner page option, which, correct me if I am wrong, is defaulted to on in the PPD Xerox provides / installs.
Assuming you have done this, the other more invasive way, would be to edit the PPD and change the default value for banner pages to off.
I assume you are using a DocuSP, since you mentioned the Xerox banner page. I can't remember the order in which settings are held, is it PPD, Queue, User overide or the other way around for overide? Maybe someone else can assist on queue parameter overides for you.
