Does anyone have jobs that are repeated at semi regular intervals that you run on the Igen? If so, what is your workflow? Do you for instance do you save the file on the press front end and name it so you can easily identifiy it and if so where do you keep it stored on say your doc USP? Or, do you just resend the file to the press everytime by resending to the front end?
Thanks for your input!

For some of our work that never changes and that we run regularily we export the file from the front end which preserves all stock settings, imposition settings, etc.

We do multiple saves for different jobs depending on the frequency that we reprint them. If it is a larger customer, we usually have it saved on a DigiPath (FreeFlow Xerox software) or if it is a job that we might need on a "On Demand" basis we would save it in the saved jobs tab. There isn't much effort for either save but having it saved on the I-Gen makes it accessable to the operators who do not have access to the DigiPath. We also now installed an additional system next to the front end that can now save jobs to our server and allow us to pull the job out like we would a variable data job.
