We are currently 11X17 duplex and seem to be having issues with the files crashing after we image about three to four files. The techs have said to go into "Setup" and under "System Prefrences" go into the "Job Processing" tab and delete the "Variable Data Objects". This seems to work, but for something this expensive and sophisticated it has to be something else. Any idea's???

What front end? DocuSP or Creo?

"Three to four files" is meaningless in and of itself; how big are those three to four files? How many pages? What print stream? Is it Postscript, PDF, VIPP, PPML, or other?

The files we are imaging are postscript and are only about 9.5MB each. They consist of 2000 8.5"X11" images imposed perfect bound on 11"X17" so the files end up being 500 pieces. Oh, yeah the DFI is DocuSP2.4 with the SunFireV890 controller.
