Anyone have any idea about the archival properties of something printed on the iGen. Assuming the paper will last forever (yeah right) how long before the inks start to fade or discolor?

Alot of factors need to be considered. Indoors or out? UV light exposure or not? Temp. Humidity. type of paper. Coverage. Colors.

Until when? The moment image quality / color quality / color consistency is altered? Or until green looks like yellow?

I think indoors, typical conditions the prints will last quite some time. As far as the image quality, wow that gets tough to say.

Basically my salesman needs to know how long before the ink starts to fade or discolor. We can assume a worst case scenerio as far as paper is concerned and the pieces would hang on a wall in a living room under normal lighting.

Xerox does publish a vague spec on toner longevity in the Customer Expectation Document. Please contact Xerox Sales or Service for this document or the page that talks about toner fade under normal conditions.
