Here is a link that takes you to the Igen Support section of X's website. I haven't found it very helpful, thus far. It seems to repeat basic info in your Customer Maintenance Manual or is so general that it tells you nothing about your problem, other than have you done your maintenance or are you a trained operator or Call for Service. This section has never asked me for a password. Cut and Paste the following into your web browser to view the site.

For the GSN site for Igen customer and maintenance bulletins, your company should have received the UserID & password during operator training.

The GSN site is where Xerox Posts Customer Maintenance and Safety Bulletins and other general information on for operators for the IGen. As stated before the Userid and password is Igen Customer specific and was given to the operators during the three week operator training. If your company has lost it's Login/password, you should contact your CSA or CTIS to see about getting this reissued.
