I'm in the market for a new folder, our O&M is biting the dust. I have 3 options in front of me right now.
1- Baum 20 with D&R Ultra-Score or Tri Creaser
2- Standard Horizon 546 with Tri Creaser
3- Morgana Digifold 5000P
Our digital device is a Xerox 8000AP, which we are fighting cracking with both toner and paper (on coated stocks only)
If you are using something that is greatly reducing the cracking I would love to here about it. My hesitation with the Morgana is the fact that I am limiting myself to just 2 folds vs the floor models.
I have or am sending samples to everyone to see the results and will be demoing as well.
Any thoughts???

OK, decision is made. I will be getting a Morgana Digifold 5000P in March (then next shipment that isn't already sold).

Craig, I think you made a decision. I don't know which model, but we have and have been happy with our Morgana. I wish it were faster, but it does a good job.
