I'm curious what people are using for tracking ORC's?

Do you have an inventory management program?

Spreadsheet?

By Hand?

Do you keep track of what you put into the machine separate from the front end?

Do you track your volumes separate?

If you have multiple devices, do you swap ORC's across devices? How do you track that?

The database on the front end is really good; however, it only works for replacing parts. What if I want to swap or move to another imaging unit or machine? It lacks the ability to seed a volume already used on a part and track that a used part was added.

This would be nice in a multiple shift enviroment with multiple machines. If first shift replaces the cyan IC and moves the old to yellow, cyan is tracked but yellow is not. Second shift has no indication of that secondary action.
