I am gathering up a bit of informal research for a speech I am giving on PURLs at PIA/GATF Converge conference.
Who's using PURLs? Have you been successful at it? Have you been burned by it?
If you have any stories you'd like to share, like what software you are using, success or failures, that would be great.

<br /><br /><br />We are currently using PURL's with great results. I am actually using a tool from a new company that actually has Personalized Audio and Video - it greets the visitor by first name on the audio.
