New to this forum so hello from the UK.
We have just taken delivery of a 5000 (AP to follow on) and we are thrilled with it but for one thing - doubling on silk paper. We have had the engineer who tweaked a few things like the blowers but it is still happening. It is only occurring on silk (we use Xerox branded paper only)
It never seemed to happen on our 5252.
Anyone got any thoughts. Most grateful
